Logistic Operator

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment activities in line with delivery schedules and operational requirements. Arrange shipment bookings with approved freight forwarders and transportation service providers. Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders. Prepare, collect, and maintain shipping documents and logistics records, ensuring compliance with regulations. Support customs clearance activities by coordinating with customs brokers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Project teams to ensure material availability and delivery requirements.
