- Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage and delegate tasks effectively, monitoring progress
- Foster team collaboration and communication
- Develop and train team members
- Report on team achievements and challenges to higher management
- Supervise facilities maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of buildings, utilities, and equipment
- Inspect facility systems and equipment to identify maintenance requirements and potential operational issues.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
- Monitor maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion and adherence to established maintenance procedures.
- Troubleshoot facility equipment failures and coordinate corrective actions to restore operational functionality.
- Verify maintenance activities comply with safety requirements, technical standards, and applicable operational procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports to support performance monitoring, planning, and operational decision-making.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure effective execution of facilities maintenance activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- Professional Certificate in relevant field (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience
