Hire Fellows is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our production team. You will own the reliability, safety, and performance of the facility's equipment, with primary responsibility for refrigeration and HVAC systems critical to daily operations.
You will lead technicians and coordinate with contractors, manage the maintenance budget, and drive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with food-safety standards.
