HR Manager

Overview

A leading Multi-National organization is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR Function in KSA - Dammam. Managing a team of 10 people this individual will also be required to liaise effectively at Director Level.

• Develop, implement and coordinate policies and programs
• Partner with various departments such as Finance, Legal and Compliance
• Counsel managers on HR policies
• Help to meet Nationalization targets
• Talent Management and Succession Planning
• Retention and Employee Relations

• Position open to Saudi Nationals only.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8 years HR experience.
• Generalist background.
• Experience in Heavy Industry essential – Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, etc.
• People management skills.

Package:
