Our client, an important Multinational Company operating in B2B industry, is currently looking for a:
General Manager/Country Manager
Main Activities & Responsibilities- Contract Management
- Operational & Financial Control
- Commercial Negotiation
- Service Delivery
- Drive business growth across the Gulf region
- P&L Accountability
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of major industrial clients in the Gulf region
- Represent the Company in the area
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience within complex B2B environments
- Proven professional experience in the Gulf region, with a deep understanding of local business dynamics and multi-cultural nuances
- Solid background in Operations and Managing complex industrial clients
- Strong expertise in P&L management
- Ability to simultaneously manage commercial, operational, and financial aspects of the business
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, business development, operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth
- Outstanding negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and team-building skills
- English Fluent
Location:
Saudi Arabia
Compensation package
: approximately 800. AED
The overall compensation package will be defined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
