Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead project operations, contract management, business development, and client relationships. The role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, contractual, and QHSE requirements, while strengthening long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage overall project operations, ensuring objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
Maintain and enhance strong, long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
Manage project contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with applicable ISO requirements and organizational standards.
Adhere to company QHSE policies, procedures, and HSE responsibilities.
Prepare and review technical and commercial bids, proposals, and business development documents.
Participate in client and business meetings and represent the organization professionally.
Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
Monitor project performance, operational requirements, commercial matters, and contractual obligations.
Apply strong people management, organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve operational and project-related issues.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to identifying new opportunities.
10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project, operations, contract management, or related functions.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
IRCA Certified Lead Auditor qualification is required.
PMP certification is preferred.
Proven experience in Project Management, Operations Management, and Contract Management.
Strong understanding of quality assurance, ISO requirements, contracts, and QHSE practices.
Experience in technical and commercial bid preparation, proposal development, and business development.
Strong client relationship management and negotiation experience.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to take ownership and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
