• Obtaining a diploma qualification (three years after high school) in the field of (Civil Monitoring).
• At least one year of practical experience in the field of work.
• The job is open to both genders (males and females).

• Reviewing and coordinating the work and activities of public service employees and defining their tasks and duties.
• Preparing and developing work programs and procedures and coordinating activities with other organizational units.
• Studying work problems, identifying their causes, proposing suitable alternative solutions, and following up on their implementation.
• Evaluate the performance of public service employees and their adherence to regulations, and identify their training needs.
• Preparing, submitting, documenting, and storing periodic work reports in approved records.

• A monthly salary ranging from 7,000 to 7,010 Saudi Riyals.
