Join our new KSA manufacturing start-up dedicated to producing high-efficiency energy recovery devices (ERDs) using advanced ceramic components. As a Precision Assembler, you will be responsible for the meticulous assembly and lapping of ceramic parts to achieve demanding performance standards. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure first-pass yield, on‑time delivery, and zero defects in a dynamic start‑up environment.
Strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and company HSE policies is expected.

Key Responsibilities- Assemble precision ceramic components following engineering drawings, specifications, and detailed work instructions.
- Perform lapping operations to achieve required fits, surface finishes, and dimensional tolerances.
- Use specialized lapping equipment, abrasives, and metrology tools to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Complete inspection records, route cards, and non‑conformance reports; support root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen).
- Work in alignment with ISO 9001 standards; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus.
- Follow all HSE procedures, PPE requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations teams to meet schedules and support prototype/NPI builds typical of a start‑up environment.
- Demonstrable experience in precision assembly and lapping of ceramic or other high-performance components (shop-floor, hands‑on).
- English language proficiency (spoken and written) for technical communication, training, and documentation;
Arabic is a plus. - Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and using precision metrology.
- Strong commitment to HSE practices and use of required PPE for assembly and lapping operations.
- Comfortable working in a start‑up environment with evolving processes and documentation.
- Experience with industrial ceramics such as Al₂O₃ or ZrO₂.
- Exposure to ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems and audits.
- Familiarity with SPC, capability analysis, and structured problem‑solving (RCA/8D).
- Technical diploma or relevant apprenticeship; strong experience accepted in lieu of formal credentials.
- Shop‑floor environment with standing, fine motor work, and safe lifting requirements.
- Shift work may be required (details to be confirmed).
- Compliance with KSA labor and site access requirements; visa/work authorization support provided according to policy.
