Opportunity
Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment including operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Fulfill orders related work packages according to production data and instructions given by assigned foremen.
- Perform assembly & repair activities according to the prepared work instructions, drawings, bill of materials, checklists, guidelines and customer order data.
- Perform & participate in routine tests of GIS assembled units as well as the components and modules according to the prepared work instructions, drawings, checklists, guidelines and customer order data.
- Target the best performance in terms of quality, cost and delivery time and self‑check of work packages’ results, filling out and confirming on assigned checklists and protocols.
- Support gathering product improvement comment/feedback from the GIS LSC (local Service Center) engineers.
- Adequate handling of factory equipment and tools, maintain equipment’s and sustain proper continuous calibration and actively support teamwork, effectively communicate.
- Collaborate with internal customer/stakeholder/colleague (assembly, testing, logistics etc.) and independently follow factory rules & guidelines related safety, quality, environment, recycling and housekeeping.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following HSE guidelines and reporting any irregularities.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement processes and Lean culture and provide feedback, share ideas and observations whenever possible.
- Employees shall also carry out any tasks assigned by management necessary to fulfill job requirements and ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Instrument Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Reading and precise understanding of technical drawings and material lists.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; team player.
- Understanding of the lean concept & minimizing all related 7 wastes.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
