Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts according to technical specifications, ensuring high‑quality output and adherence to timelines.

Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and quality, including tool changes and basic troubleshooting as needed.

Conduct inspections of finished products using measuring instruments to verify compliance with specifications, documenting results for quality assurance purposes.

Assist in the preparation of CNC programs and work instructions, learning from experienced operators to improve machining processes and enhance efficiency.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Participate in training sessions to develop your skills in CNC technology and machining techniques, aiming for continuous improvement and growth.

Keep accurate records of production data, including machine hours and production counts, to support operational efficiency and reporting.
