Production Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dammam (Scope industrial Area) for a Production Engineer. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, implementing production plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and troubleshooting operational issues as they arise. The role involves collaboration with various teams to improve efficiency, allocate resources effectively, and achieve production targets. Additional responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance and suggesting maintenance or improvements to ensure continuous operation.

• Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and optimizing processes
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure adherence to industry and safety standards
• Excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations
• Strong background in steel structure
• Experience in kitchen fabrication is a plus
