Requirements
- 1-2 years of painting and blasting experience
- Knowledge of paint mixing and application
- Prepare surfaces before painting (cleaning, sanding, scraping, and feathering paint)
- Ensure proper mixing as per specifications
- Follow approved painting procedure, standards, and safety guidelines
- Adhere to project specifications, drawings, and coating requirements
- Coordinate with supervisors and other team members for smooth workflow
- Follow HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) regulations during all painting activities
