Responsibilities

Prepare and produce a variety of bakery items including breads, pastries, croissants, buns, and other baked products.
Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, appearance, and presentation.
Develop and improve bakery recipes and production processes.
Oversee daily bakery production and ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
Monitor ingredient quality and manage inventory requirements.
Work closely with management to support menu development and new product launches.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Pastry/Bakery Specialist.
Strong knowledge of bread production, dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.
Experience in high-volume bakery production is preferred.
Ability to develop recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
Strong hands on experience in bakery operations and daily production management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
Team oriented with a positive attitude and professional work ethic.
