• Operate heavy automobile equipment and Stacker reclaimer as per instruction and schedule given by foreman.
• Complete tasks on time with safety, as per instruction of incharge.
• Operate wheel loader, forklift, bobcat, etc.
• Handle raw materials (pellets) & finished product (DRI).
• Distribute materials in different area as desired.
• Remove unwanted material (sludge) and oxide fines in proper location for further processing.
• Load & Dispatch DRI fines as per instructions from foreman.
• Report to foreman after completion of job.
• Maintain the day bin levels by timely stacking & reclaiming of raw material pellets.
• Properly check equipment and maintain its cleanliness.
• Coordinate with automobile section for planned maintenance of their equipment.
• Clean equipment and stacker housekeeping as per schedule.
• Handover all equipment to senior/operator and explain pending job at the time of relieving.
• Follow organizational HS&E policies.
• Follow safety instructions related to job.
• Report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
• Keep provided PPEs in good condition.
• Avoid horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
• Report accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
• Attend safety trainings planned for him.
• Have right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.
