Responsibilities
- Lead the Dry Type Transformer production department across all production sections – electrical and mechanical.
- Develop and implement a production vision and strategy that ensures quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex production problems.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and innovation while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Report directly to the production manager on all activities impacting production KPIs on a daily basis.
- Participate in the IMS/OHS team chart and represent the department on external audit occasions.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Dry Type Transformer manufacturing plants.
- Degree: BE / BS /
B. Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
