Position: PRODUCTION PLANNER
Responsibilities
  • Production order preparation:
    Upon receipt of the sales order from customer service, perform production order preparation.
  • Fill the order preparation details in the order log.
  • Update the status of the order in the order log.
  • Send the order log to the concerned persons by e-mail.
  • Send cliché/cylinders check request to the printing section.
  • Handle plate receipt report from production and cylinder receipt report from warehouse and update artwork status in order log.
  • Responsible for material allocation for all orders based on updated stock position.
  • Responsible for creating item# for all products in product data base.
  • Responsible for preparing purchase orders for raw material from affiliates and follow up.
  • Responsible for preparing sample order & internal trial order preparation.
    • Authorities
  • Prepares the raw material requirements from affiliates.
  • Prepares the order preparation form.
