- Oversee daily production operations for transformer oil tank manufacturing
- Plan and manage workshop scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site 8S management
- Drive production output to meet delivery targets and quality standards
- Lead and manage shift teams, enforce shop-floor discipline, and optimize production workflows
- Identify and resolve production issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, engineering, supply chain) to ensure seamless operations
- 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in transformer oil tanks or heavy steel fabrication
- Strong expertise in shop-floor scheduling, resource planning, and 8S/lean management
- Proven team leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Responsible, hands‑on, and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
