Responsibilities:Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules, utilizing tools like ERP systems to track progress and optimize workflows.

Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards and specifications.

Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.

Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, using statistical tools to drive process enhancements and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and supply chain, to ensure alignment in production goals and resource allocation.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of materials needed for production, minimizing downtime.

Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, complying with industry regulations and standards.

Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations for future operations.

Continuously evaluate production processes and implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve overall productivity.

Skills

Only candidates with transformer oil tank production experience will be considered.
Minimum 5 years of production management experience in transformer oil tank manufacturing, skilled in workshop production scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site 8S management to ensure on-time production delivery.
Familiar with team management and problem rectification; able to collaborate with the team to implement systems and optimize processes.
Strong sense of responsibility, adaptable to factory working schedules, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
