Winder - Dry Type Transformers

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the relevant manufacturing drawings work instructions and process requirements
• Operate winding machines and perform winding activities according to production specifications
• Ensure all the measurements within tolerance fill the checklist
  
  Make sure that required windings are produced within the specified time and required quality level
• Report any non-confirming materials equipment malfunctions or process deviations to the Section Supervisor
• Maintain tools equipment and the work area in a clean organized and safe condition while complying with all safety and quality requirements
• Achieve production targets within the specified time frame and quality standards following the instructions of the Section Supervisor

• Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in winding operations in dry type transformer manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of winding techniques and quality requirements.
• Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Education Requirement:
  High School/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
