We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing high-performance compressor systems to meet rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses practical mechanical expertise to drive efficient manufacturing operations.

• Assemble and test compressor systems according to strict engineering standards and technical specifications.
• Maintain manufacturing tools, fixtures, and jigs to ensure smooth production workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve assembly bottlenecks and support continuous process improvements.
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, quality guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

• High school diploma, vocational training, or associate degree in a mechanical or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from mechanical blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong functional understanding of mechanical machinery.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience within similar industrial equipment manufacturing sectors.
• Technical certifications or licenses in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with high attention to quality control and workplace safety.
