Job Description

The opportunity As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be at the center of improving how data flows across SAP and MES systems, ensuring that planning, production, and warehouse activities are aligned and executed without disruption. A key part of this opportunity lies in mapping and analyzing end-to-end information flows using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), enabling you to visualize where delays, bottlenecks, or data inconsistencies occur—from sales order creation through to final delivery.

You will work closely with the Manufacturing Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights, customized reports, and actionable improvements, while identifying and resolving root causes of unstable information flow. The role offers the chance to deliver both quick operational fixes and long-term process enhancements, with strong exposure to cross-functional teams and factory leadership. This positions you to influence decisions, standardize performance measurement, and drive a culture of continuous improvement—making a tangible impact on efficiency, cost, and service level performance.

How

you’ll make an impact
  • Improve operational visibility through reliable, end-to-end KPI tracking.
  • Enable faster and more accurate decision-making using structured data insights.
  • Reduce inefficiencies, delays, and bottlenecks across the value chain.
  • Strengthening alignment between Planning, Production, and Warehouse functions.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in cost, service level, and operational efficiency.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement through structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Ensure sustainability of improvements through standardization and performance governance.
  • Provide leadership with clear insights and financial justification to support strategic decisions.
  • Analyze operational processes and information flow within ERP systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with the Manufacturing Analyst to identify bottlenecks through data visualization and analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies such as DMAIC, DMADV, 8D.
  • Drive process optimization, waste reduction, and cost improvement initiatives across operations.
  • Support the execution of CI strategic plans and ensure alignment with business objectives and MTS project direction.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as Minitab, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Python to generate insights and sustain improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality) to implement improvements and standardize processes.
  • Ensure regular tracking and reporting of CI performance metrics and project outcome.
  • Monitoring end-to-end factory Key performance Indicators across Production, Planning, and Warehouse operations with a clear “A-to-Z” lens.
  • Supporting cross-functional alignment and execution by communicating findings and ensuring corrective actions are implemented and closed.
  • Developing business cases and financial justifications to support CI projects and capital investment decisions.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
