- Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machine as per production plan.
- Load/unload raw materials (sheet metal) properly.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting programs.
- Perform machine setup, parameter adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure cutting quality meets specifications (dimensions, edge quality).
- Minimize material waste and optimize sheet utilization.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Report machine issues or breakdowns immediately.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
Skills:
- Ability to use the measurement tools (Caliper - tape - protractor).
- Ability to use the hand tools (hand drill - spanner - screw driver ).
- Willing to learn and improve.
- Minimum 2-5 years experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
- Experience with fiber laser machines is a must.
