Assembly Operator

• Take initiative to accomplish or exceed company goals relative to safety, quality and productivity
• Participate as an active team member by responding to the need to maintain efficient workflow as directed
• Read production documents and drawings to perform assembly tasks per established processes
• Operate hand tools, power tools, electronic testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures to produce product per specifications
• Identify inferior parts/processes and notify Coordinator, Lead or Quality
• Keep workstations and area clean and organized
• Perform packing tasks, including placing finished assemblies into boxes and securing materials with appropriate packing materials
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to take direction
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer and mathematical skills
• Proven good attendance record
• Some overtime may be required

Demonstrates the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and electronic testing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Effectively collaborates in a team environment to ensure efficient workflow and organization.
