QC Engineer KSA

Job Purpose

To handle all Quality Control Jobs and maintain overall quality of Testing and Calibration labs (Bahrain & KSA) in supervision of QA Engineer.

• BS Engineering;
• Should have 1- year relevant experience or must take Induction training;

• Awareness of ISO Standards 9001; 14001; 45001; 17025; (preferred if certified)
• Good in usage of Microsoft Office;
• Should be fluent in English. Preferred Arabic and Urdu / Hindi

• To maintain the overall quality of Testing and Calibration labs in Bahrain and KSA region;
• Support QA Engineer to update, revise, and maintain the Laboratory’s Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and other quality documents;
• Maintaining a professional appearance of Lab;
• Modification of certificates and resubmission for documentation and approval.
• Develop new procedures, observation sheets & uncertainties sheet and maintain the revisions of already developed along with Supervisor
• Ensure and maintain the revisions of latest reference standards used in the lab
• Maintain the training records
• Maintain and update the list of master equipment
• Get customer feedbacks from clients
• Maintain inter operator and retained item records
• Develop, implement & maintain Quality Management System(s) as per ISO 17025.
• Monitor and control documents and records required by ISO 17025 standards.
• Arrange internal audits, distribute audit report, and track status of implementation against observations and corrective actions.
• Maintain current Demonstrations of Capability for all test procedures in the laboratory;
• Monitor compliance to QA and QC Standard procedures and Manual;
• Develop and monitor standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as they pertain to lab, where required;
• Conduct training and Awareness of company policies and objectives within employees;
• Get signed all the quality records from the relevant personnel, where required, after their review;
• Perform internal audits of the Laboratory, including both technical and quality systems audits;
• Perform and document investigation; corrective action, including follow up monitoring to gauge the effectiveness of the corrective action;
• Perform any related jobs assigned by the manager including ISO consulting, ISO Trainings, external audits, etc.

• To do Quality Check of final test reports;
• To initiate any non-conformance report, investigate and suggest corrective actions, where required;
• To implement, maintain and improve the management system;
• To identify deviations from the management system or from the procedures for performing laboratory activities and to initiate actions to prevent or minimize such deviations;
• To report on the performance of the management system and any need for improvement to the laboratory management;
• To ensure the effectiveness of laboratory activities.
