Responsibilities

Review & approve raw material inspection reports upon receiving new Raw material / Other Raw Material (RM / ORM) to meet standard requirements.
Fill non-conformity reports for any quality defect found during inspection and report to Quality Control Unit Head for approval.
Coordinate & follow up with Warehouse (W/H) and Procurement Departments to relay related claims to supplier.
Ensure placing "STOP" tag on quality non-conforming material to prevent issuing to Plant for production.
Remove warning tape for quality approved material.
Responsible for complying with integrated management system requirements.
Coordinate with HSSE team for updating the HIRA and to ensure hazard & risk are adequately identified and documented.
Coordinate with HSSE team for updating the aspect/impact and to ensure all the aspect/impact are adequately identified and documented.
Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions (e.g. development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
