Job Summary
We are looking for a QA/QC Coating Inspector with minimum 4 years of experience in the Oil Gas industry. The candidate will be responsible for inspection and quality control of coating and painting activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection of coating and painting activities as per project specifications
Ensure surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes meet required standards
Monitor and verify coating thickness, adhesion, and quality
Conduct inspection using relevant tools and equipment
Review and implement inspection test plans (ITPs) and procedures
Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken
Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports
Ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements
Coordinate with project and site teams for quality assurance
Minimum 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
Certification in BGAS or NACE (NACE Level 1/2)
Strong knowledge of coating and painting inspection standards
Experience in surface preparation and coating applications
Familiarity with inspection tools and testing methods
Good communication and reporting skills
