Coating QC Inspector - QM

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and Aramco-approved Coating QC Inspector (QM-11) to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in coating inspection within the oil and gas industry, particularly on Aramco projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all coating and painting activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and client quality requirements.

• Conduct inspection and quality control of coating, painting, and surface preparation activities.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, Aramco standards, and international codes.
• Perform surface profile measurements, DFT checks, adhesion tests, and holiday testing.
• Review material certificates, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
• Monitor blasting, painting, and coating application processes at site.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved procedures and quality plans.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and final inspection reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives.
• Participate in audits, quality meetings, and site inspections.

• Aramco approval with a valid SAP number is mandatory.
• Must have successfully passed the Aramco CBT examination.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Prior experience on Aramco projects is required.
• Offshore project experience will be an added advantage.
• Certification in BGAS Level 1 or NACE Level 2 is mandatory.
• Maximum age should not exceed 35 years.
• Nationality is open to all eligible candidates.
