QC Inspector - Radiator Background

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Inspector with experience in radiator manufacturing and repair processes. The ideal candidate should have hands on knowledge of inspection, testing, and quality standards related to radiators.

Key Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in process, and final inspection of radiator components and assemblies
Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and drawings
Inspect radiator cores, tubes, fins, tanks, and welding/brazing quality
Conduct pressure testing and leak testing of radiators
Identify defects and non conformities and report to QA/QC team
Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
Coordinate with production team to improve product quality
Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures

Requirements

Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualification
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in radiator manufacturing/repair industry
Knowledge of welding, brazing, and pressure testing
Familiar with QC tools and inspection methods
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good communication and reporting skills
