Job Title:Project Quality Inspector
Experience:5 years
Location:Saudi Arabia
Job Responsibilities:ØReview and ensure compliance of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) withSchedule Q,SAEP-1154, andSAEP-122.
ØSupervise quality inspections related to:
ØControl and protection panels
ØSCADA system wiring
ØField cable routing and termination
ØConduct internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
ØIdentify, record, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions.
ØEnsure systematic documentation and handover of project quality records in accordance withISO 9001andISO 10005requirements.
ØCoordinate with construction, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure quality is built into all phases of the project.
ØSupport continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality awareness on site.
Qualifications & Skills:ØDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
ØMinimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles for infrastructure or industrial projects.
ØStrong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 10005, and relevant quality management systems.
