• Execute incoming inspection protocols and report findings in SAP.
• Label components with identification tags if compliant; restrain components that fail inspection and initiate the supplier non‑conformance management process.
• Ensure a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements.
• Conduct visual/dimensional inspections of purchased parts, materials, samples and assemblies.
• Document inspection results as required and report deviations to the quality engineer/manager.
• Create quality inspection records, apply visual indications on inspected parts according to procedures.
• Generate nonconformity reports, track status and maintain daily IQC inspection backlog.
• Maintain traceability of component materials and prevent mix‑ups, damage or other adverse effects.
• Log and track materials through the receiving inspection process and SAP entries.
• Record transactions and move materials to the accepted material area.
• Communicate inspection results to quality engineers and relevant personnel.
• Verify assembly documentation accuracy, read engineering drawings and more.
• Perform any other projects or duties that may be assigned.
• Collaborate with other departments for deviation detection, root cause analysis and corrective measures implementation.
• Support failure analysis, troubleshooting, site visits, reporting and quality process improvement using the A3 template.
• Carry out any tasks assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical technical courses.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply visual inspection procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office and general computer skills.
• Hands‑on inspection of material and use of measurement tools.
• English communication skills.
• Strong influence in continuous improvement, decision making and time management.
