Quality Inspector

To support quality assurance functions across incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities for Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) components and assemblies in Alhkorayef Potrolum. This role will also monitor and manage calibration of inspection and measuring equipment to ensure compliance with internal and industry quality standards

• Perform dimensional and visual inspection of raw materials and machined components upon recei
• Review and verify documentation including material test certificates (MTCs), certificates of conformity (CoCs), and inspection repor
• Conduct in-process inspections during machining and assembly to ensure compliance with drawings and specificatio
• Inspect critical features such as impeller/diffuser clearances, stack lengths, rotor fits, keyways, and other tolerance-critical are
• Validate and record results of first article inspections (FAI) as per control pla
• Support assembly and test operations by inspecting sub-assemblies and final ESP pump assembli
• Review and verify cleanliness, marking, and serialization of components prior to final relea
