Quality Control Engineer

Job Accountability & Activities

• Develop and maintain the document system that controls the organization's quality standards, including amending, reviewing, and issuing.
• Ensure all personnel are adequately trained on procedures affecting their job function and aware of their role within the QA system.
• Coordinate and execute internal Quality Audits at least twice a year to ensure correct implementation of the Quality Assurance System.
• Maintain contract with the official certification organization and manage inspection and calibration records.
• Identify and eliminate non-conformances within the quality system, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Identify and implement training for personnel on quality assurance needs, especially for system changes.
• Register and follow up on customer, internal, and supplier complaints.
• Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical submittals, and marketing materials.
• Update catalog and maintain technical standards and specifications.
• Coordinate internal sales activities, including follow-up on quotations and customer technical support.
• Prepare and control the company's QA manual and all quality documentation.
• Perform internal and external audits on behalf of the company's management.
• Verify customer quality requirements documentation submittals.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate quality-related correspondence with customers.
• Review and amend the QMS to suit changing business trends and organizational structure.
• Handle customer third‑party audits and initiate necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of measuring/testing equipment.
• Review the correctness of job‑specific quality records prior to issuance to clients.
• Ensure consistent conformity of products/services to meet customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Polymer engineering
• ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification
