Quality Control Supervisor - Manufacturing & Rotating Equipment

We are a global energy technology company operating across 120 countries, seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to enhance our engineering processes in the Industrial and Energy Technology sector.

• Supervising and guiding quality inspectors.
• Assigning tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure team productivity.
• Providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Attending pre-inspection meetings with customers.
• Attending and managing punch list closure meetings with customers.
• Ensuring the completeness and on-time delivery of quality records according to the applicable requirements.
• Partnering with the production team to assure cell operations are smooth and in compliance with all applicable procedures.
• Leading RCA and CAPA related to manufacturing quality issues.
• Monitoring quality control metrics for observations/punch list found during the execution phases and taking proper actions.
• Driving cross-functional improvement projects of operational processes, with lean methods, aimed to flawless execution, eliminating waste tied to the metrics of escaping defects and observations/punch list.
• Leading quality Toolbox awareness for the production team.
• Ensuring effective implementation of quality control processes.

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and rotating equipment.
• Be Six-Sigma Green Belt Certified.
• Be certified with ISO
  9001 Lead Auditor/Internal auditor.
• Have strong leadership skills.
• Have the ability to work in a global environment.
