• Manage both internal and external customer complaints to ensure a seamless resolution process and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct systematic root-cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans to solve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Define and execute containment actions/corrections rapidly to limit impact on customer operations and eliminate other potential occurrences within Hitachi Energy operations and other customer sites.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings and conduct customer audits.
• Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or requests to gain trust and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
• 12-15 years of experience in quality management, including handling quality escalations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of GIS products, HV sub-station protection and operations.
• Experience with Quality Control/Quality Assurance, QMS, internal quality auditing, quality tools, RCA, Lean Six Sigma, and SAP QM Module.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to perform root-cause analysis, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
