Health Safety Environment Officer - Eastern Province

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Dammam. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a safe and healthy working environment across operations and facilities.

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Identify workplace hazards and perform risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare HSE reports, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor contractor and employee compliance with safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to health, safety, and environmental performance.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HSE, safety, or related roles.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards.
• Familiarity with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dammam.
