Corporate Quality Manager

Role:

to manage QA & QC Personnel and ensure that Quality Assurance and Control of all construction and Corporate activities are maintained adequately and in accordance with the established Policies & Procedure of the Organization.

• - Maintain/administer/Enforce QMS Manual as per ISO 9001 standards.
• - Conduct awareness training session
• - Conduct Project Internal Audit
• - Recommend necessary step for continual improvements of the system.
• - Conducts Management Review Meeting periodically.
• - Plan ,Conduct Internal Audit Activities
• - Control, supervise and maintain the qualification of personnel and their performance.
• - Review and approve the construction procedures related to quality control for various disciplines.
• - Conduct a weekly quality inspection meeting to review the quality of the work.
• - Operation of Quality training program for SHADE Construction personnel to improve performance,SATIPs, SAICs, work procedure, Lessons Learned etc.
• - Shall provide list of SATIP, SAIC and SATR that will be utilized in construction activities.
• - Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
• - Work with operations staff to establish policies & Procedures
• - Oversee the department processes

• - Minimum
  15 years of experience in Construction Industry
• - Strong administrative and negotiation skills
• -Effective people management, mentoring and communication skills
• - Ability of effectively interface with all departments and management
