A reputed organization in Dammam is seeking an experienced Corporate Quality Manager to lead QA/QC functions across construction and corporate activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage QA/QC personnel and quality functions.
Implement and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
.
Conduct internal audits and Management Review Meetings.
Review quality procedures and monitor project quality performance.
Conduct quality awareness and training programs.
Manage SATIPs, SAICs, SATRs, work procedures, and lessons learned.
Investigate quality complaints and implement corrective actions.
Drive continual improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

University / Engineering Degree.
15+ years of construction industry experience.
Strong QA/QC and ISO 9001 experience.
Proven experience managing quality teams.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
