Job Summary
The QC Piping Inspector is responsible for inspecting piping fabrication, installation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with approved project specifications, international codes, and quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge in piping systems, QA/QC procedures, and industrial inspection practices.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections for piping fabrication, erection, alignment, and installation activities
Verify piping materials, fittings, valves, and supports in accordance with project specifications
Review piping isometrics, drawings, welding maps, and technical documentation
Monitor hydrotesting, flushing, and pressure testing activities
Coordinate with NDT teams and review inspection reports for piping welds and joints
Identify defects, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions
Prepare and maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation
Ensure compliance with international piping standards, project procedures, and QA/QC requirements
Participate in audits, inspections, and project quality meetings
Ensure safety compliance during all inspection and testing activities
API 570, 510 Certification mandatory
Diploma Holder with minimum 7.5 years of experience as QC Inspector OR Bachelor’s Degree Holder with minimum 5 years of experience as QC Inspector
Strong knowledge of piping systems, QA/QC standards, and inspection methodologies
Must have Aramco experience
Passport validity minimum 6 month remaining.
International certificate validity minimum 1 year remaining.
International certification mandatory
