A company operating in the contracting sector is seeking a Civil Quality Engineer / Civil QA/QC Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. • Support the implementation and monitoring of QA/QC procedures across construction projects.
• Conduct and follow up on inspections of civil works.
• Verify that completed civil works comply with approved drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Review quality-related documents, reports, and records.
• Assist with Inspection Requests (IR/WIR) and site-related quality documentation.
• Verify the conformity of construction materials and executed works with project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project teams regarding quality requirements and feedback.
• Support the follow-up and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Assist in monitoring corrective actions and ensuring timely closure.
• Prepare, maintain, and update quality reports and records.
• Follow up on the closure of technical observations and quality-related notes.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering

• 0–3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control.
• Recent graduates interested in building a career in Civil QA/QC are encouraged to apply.
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to review and manage technical documents and specifications.
• Understanding of civil construction quality requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with site engineers, consultants, and project teams.
