Supermarket E-Picker​/Retail Assistant

We are seeking diligent and physically fit individuals to join our retail team as E-Pickers/Retail Assistants. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing online grocery orders in a fast-paced supermarket environment, ensuring timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.

• Receive and process online customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Accurately pick items from shelves and storage areas according to digital order lists.
• Check product quality, expiry dates, and freshness before packing.
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during delivery.
• Label, sort, and hand over orders to dispatch/delivery personnel.
• Assist with stock replenishment, shelf organization, and inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Provide support on the shop floor, including customer assistance and cashier backup when required.
• Meet daily picking targets while maintaining high accuracy.

• KCSE Certificate (D+ or above).
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, warehouse, or order picking.
• Age: 21-35 years.
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Physically able to stand for long hours and lift items up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners or digital devices is preferred.
• Good attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.
