A parts advisor helps customers choose the right vehicle parts and keeps control of stock for customer needs and workshop use.
Strategic Responsibilities- Arranging parts for customer vehicles of repair orders and retail customers.
- Preparing stock orders based on parts movement.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintaining an accurate inventory, ordering parts for workshop and retail customers, billing parts onto repair orders, and reconciling inventory on a monthly basis.
- Implementation of 5S.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Implementing systems and procedures as per company policy.
- Education &
Certifications:
Diploma/Graduates. - Knowledge & Skill:
Skilled in professional and personal competence; good communication skills in English, Arabic, Tamil, Malayalam & Hindi. - Experience:
5 to 10 years of experience in the auto industry.
