SR.Merchandiser

SR. Merchandiser – Pepsi Co, الدمام, S04, SA – Full‑time onsite position.

• Maximize on‑shelf presence in all outlets served as part of the sales team.
• Conduct in‑store sampling sessions and promotions when required.
• Adhere to planograms for both on‑shelf and off‑shelf displays; report any non‑compliance to the pre‑seller immediately.
• Supply the pre‑seller with latest market information to seize selling opportunities.
• Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan.
• Merchandize SSFL products within OT stores at shelf, stand, floor display points.
• Place POS material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
• Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub‑standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customer/outlet.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to supervisor.
• Participate in sampling/redeemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
