Merchandising Team Leader

Merchandising Team leads Job Description :

• Supervising staff, Motivate, inspire, develop and lead merchandisers team
• Ensure applying FIFO concept on-shelf and products are displayed according to the Planogram
• Manage business tools e.g. merch follows up, company policies, visiting schedules, own Deliveries and execution Planning, merchandiser’s manual, driving with normal merchandisers as a beginning Evaluation is must
• Manage own Merchandising Routes, and support merchandisers to create more creative Displays and in store activities,
• Merchandisers On job Training and Motivation,
• Merchandisers payroll and Vacation Follow-ups
• Drive POSM Usage and Communication,
• Ensure the allocated space as per the contract is adhered to Develop and maintenance Shelf share, displays share and the relationship with our customers.
• Drive Promotional Event and Merchandising activities (festivals / in store activity)
• Frequently Review Merchandisers Routes optimization it while ensuring excellent merchandising in-store execution as per standard of Perfect Store execution.
• Manage, Coach & Train a Multicultural team of merchandisers located among various depots within a specific area & act as a liaison between the marketing /Sales & Logistic Dept.
• Trade Reports tracking and Communication with sales Team,
• Drive Any other sales and Merchandising work related.

• university degree or Diploma
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in FMCG Merchandising & Sales Field.
• You will have demonstrated strong skills,
• Time management,
• Organization skills,
• Leadership, communications skills
• Fluent in both verbal and written Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge MS office /Excel & Power Point
