We are looking for a Retail Leasing Specialist to join our team and support the growth of our retail portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and negotiate lease agreements with landlords and mall management.
- Identify and evaluate new retail locations and leasing opportunities.
- Support store expansion plans and ensure timely lease execution.
- Manage lease renewals, negotiations, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store openings.
- 3+ years of experience in retail leasing / mall leasing / real estate
. - Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi retail and mall landscape.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
