As a Key Account Specialist at our esteemed automotive dealership and distributor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth by understanding the unique needs of each account. You will collaborate closely with various internal departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

This position requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship management, and strategic thinking, as you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our automotive products and services.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create customized solutions that meet client requirements.

Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and performance reports to clients.

Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and discuss future opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote the company’s offerings and strengthen client relationships.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and account reconciliation.

Preferred Candidate: Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs effectively.
