We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our business objectives.

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross functional teams to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts.

Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of offerings with customer needs.

Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on account status and growth potential.

Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any issues proactively.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit and compliance with company policies.

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential challenges and opportunities.

Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company and network with potential clients.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience in key account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Results oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision making.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
