Sales Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Al Hufuf. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales processes, and fulfilling customers needs gaining in-depth knowledge of our product, and assisting in closing deals.

• Provide technical support to customers and engage with them to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Manage sales processes and assist in closing deals.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the product to support customers effectively.

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in elevator sales and service solutions.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with advanced healthcare solutions and smart building systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Field, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
