Responsibilities- Maximize sales volume, minimize stales, and achieve distribution targets.
- Implement agreed merchandising standards and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Collect accounts receivable and perform daily debriefing with supervisor.
- Provide latest market information to support sales opportunities.
- Attend training courses to improve professionalism and customer service.
- Schedule up‑right customers and maintain sales vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition.
- Ensure timely shipment of customer orders and maintain individual customer stock levels.
- Execute in‑store merchandising plans and coordinate with merchandiser if available.
- Monitor competitor activity and report relevant findings to supervisor.
- Reconcile all cheques, cash, and credit sales daily.
- Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers.
- Meet sales targets and keep stales below target.
- Follow call frequencies and daily route plan to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks and report defects.
- Maintain customer stock levels to prevent out‑of‑stock problems.
- Provide support to merchandiser for in‑store displays as directed.
- Maintain a high standard of driving and obey driving regulations.

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and account building.
