Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive with 6+ years of experience in the hotellerie supply industry. The ideal candidate has strong Saudi market knowledge, solid client relationships, and comes from a top competitor. We need a young, energetic professional who can represent the brand well and drive strong revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow the client portfolio within the hospitality and hotellerie segment.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long‑term partnerships.
  • Present product ranges, solutions, and tailored commercial proposals to key accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and pricing structures.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel groups, procurement managers, OS&E managers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company.
  • Collaborate closely with the back‑office team to ensure accurate quotations and project execution.
  • Provide weekly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market insights.
Must Have
  • Young, ambitious sales professional with 6+ years’ experience in hotellerie supply.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within one of the major competitors.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA/GCC hospitality market.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Presentable, confident, and able to build trust quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and target‑driven.
  • Valid driving license and availability for travel within the region.
