We are seeking an experienced sales professional to further expand VAHLE's business in Saudi Arabia.
Your Tasks- Increase sales penetration and market share for VAHLE in the KSA market, with focus on busbar and conductor rail systems for Crane, Intralogistics and Port market
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for KSA.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, contractors, consultants
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial offers in collaboration with cross-functional and international teams
- Develop a channel partner network (such as EPCs, distributors, integrators etc.) in key markets and maintain close relationships with them
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Promote the full VAHLE product and service portfolio
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- 6+ years of sales and business development experience in a technical environment
- Working experience with EOT crane industry, port equipment or logistics industry in similar role would be an advantage
- Strong techno-commercial mindset with experience in project sales, system solutions, and aftermarket business
- Proven ability to successfully drive sales processes for complex electrical engineering products and systems from plan to close
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (writing/speaking)
- Experience in an international business environment is preferred
